I love it! Everytime I see this video I smile....a lot! Studies have shown that just watching other people smile will increase your immune system. Thanks for sharing and bringing more joy into the world!

I loved the free hugs video! Those who passed the hug up for reasons unknown were missing put on a blessing. I noticed each one who accepted had a few words exchanged. Words of encouragement I am sure! I give hugs to all my friends and even to some sitting on a bench in Wal Marts whom I don't know. Could be just be anybody I feel God's is telling me to share a hug and a word of blessing with. Color or race is not an issue with me. It would do us all good to share more hugs. Thanks Sherry for sharing the video...Na Na.

I usually see a whole group of people down on the Rivermarket in Little Rock who give out the free hugs on the weekends. Most people pass them up, but every once in a while someone will take them up on a hug. They also have an alternative to hugs; they give out free popcicles, too. :)

Everytime I see this video I grin uncontrollably, get a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye. Wonderful!
